Ministries
Ministers & Sacred Ministries
Those who desire to enter full-time ministry under the auspices of CCCM must meet the standards established by the ministry. This process is carried out under the supervision of the local congregation, ministry district, and regional leadership, and must be endorsed by the National Coordinator.
Spiritual Qualifications
- Demonstration of spiritual gifts
- Evidence of the fruit of the Spirit
- Growth and maturity in the Lord
- Strong character and integrity within the body of Christ
- Obedience and willingness to learn and serve
- Love for the Lord and for others, especially the lost
Primary Criteria
- Conviction by the Holy Spirit through the Word of God
- Genuine conversion and faith in Jesus Christ
- Commitment to serving God and others
- A confirmed calling into full-time ministry
Secondary Criteria
- Willingness to learn from God and others
- Commitment to biblical standards of marriage or celibacy
- Respect for authority and submission to leadership
- Completion of one year of CODE (or equivalent training) at an approved institution
- Evidence of a transformed or renewed life in Christ
Full-Time Ministry Commitment
God calls individuals to serve according to the grace given to them (Romans 12:3–8; 1 Corinthians 12:1–31; Ephesians 4:11–13).
- Full-time ministers must not engage in ministry outside CCCM without approval
- In the event of resignation, proper notice (six months) must be given
- All ministry property must be returned for continued use within CCCM
Ministry Gifts & Calling
Spiritual gifts are given by the Holy Spirit and are not solely obtained through formal education. However, theological training is encouraged for effective ministry.
- Apostle
- Pastor
- Teacher
- Evangelist
- Prophet
- Administration and other spiritual gifts
Not all staff members of CCCM are considered ministers.
Licensing & Ordination
- Qualified candidates may receive a ministry license upon completing required training
- Ministry work and fruit are observed over time
- Church planting qualifies a minister for ordination
- Ordination includes evaluation and interview processes
- Ordination is permanent unless disciplinary action is required
Ministry is not a career for personal gain, but a calling of service, sacrifice, and dedication. God blesses those who faithfully serve Him both spiritually and materially.
